1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZevoxCV at cv.zevoxsolution.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. ZevoxCV is a product of Zevox Solution.

2. Description of Service

ZevoxCV is an AI-powered resume building platform that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes. The Service includes AI-assisted content generation, ATS optimization scoring, multiple resume templates, and PDF export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

  • •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • •You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • •One person may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps as described on our pricing page. No credit card required.

Starter Plan (Rs. 500/month): Billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pro Plan (Rs. 1,200/month): Billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Includes unlimited access to all features.

Payments are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer. All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content
  • •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • •Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • •Share your account or subscription with others
  • •Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all resume content you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your resumes.

Our Content: The ZevoxCV platform, templates, design system, branding, and AI models are the intellectual property of Zevox Solution and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features generate content suggestions based on your input. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it in your resume. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZevoxCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews or employment. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
